What you described is a top 0.0001% person
That is what you need to beat the market. The biggest players in the market consist almost entirely of people like this.

I beat the market by an insane margin and I likely do not satisfy those characteristics. Same with basically everyone else who has beat the market. Statistics show that 3% of day traders are consistently profitable. I'm pretty sure top 3% does not need to be 150 iq quants

That is meaningless, you would expect over 3% to be consistently profitable just considering the way chance works. The fact that it’s only 3% shows that day trading is stupid.

Note nigh-100% of people that just invest in S&P are consistently profitable and outperform daytraders while doing nothing.

Of course you can beat the market by an insane margin, you just get lucky and take on leverage. But as soon as the market takes a turn for the worst, your accounts crash way more brutally. You can’t consistently beat the market. If you could, you could get hired to a top hedge fund.

Even Amnesia, when day trading, just swing traded TQQQ.

You fall victim to many common misconceptions of daytrading. First, about me:
1. I don't use leverage
2. I trade microcaps, and even "bad" markets don't cause losses, unlike the large niches. A bad microcap market would lead to less gains, but overall I would still be gaining money.
3. I don't need to consistently beat the market for an extended period of time, like a decade. My plan is to make a large amount of money, then quit microcap trading and invest into the SP500.

And the 3% figure seems harsh but it is exaggerated by gurus misleading kids. A significant portion of failed daytraders are retards who tried for a week and quit. I am not one of those people.
