Is 1 cheat meal a week enough to ruin progress?

Everyone’s different probably but for me yea absolutely one cheat meal will destroy weeks of progress

In before it can’t tho cal in vs cal out.

I guess it depends how crazy the cheat meal is

I don’t plan on eating a 4k cal meal mid diet obviously

If you do cardio just do it around sugar/carbs/fiber
I eat like 3-5k calories every Sunday but it’s like 3k in carbs
