It's probably fine. You can have a doctor check your cholesterol levels if your are worried.

Eating a good amount of vegetables will help keep your cholesterol lower so you're less likely to get plaque in the blood vessels and die in your 50s-60s.

Just don't cook the meat in very high temperatures (Don't broil for example) because that leads to carcinogens which cause cancer. A normal baking temperature should be fine as far as I know.

For muscle you need 0.7 grams of protein per lb of bodyweight per day.

Cholesterol isn’t bad. Oxidized LDL, (which isn’t cholesterol but a lipoprotein) is bad.

LDL is Low Density Lipo-Protein. It is a type of cholesterol.

Eating Red Meat Raises LDL.

Even without Oxidation high LDL get's embedded into the arterial walls, causing inflammation. This attracts immune cells, such as macrophages. The immune cells produce ROS, which are highly reactive molecules that oxidize the cholesterol. So it all turns in to plaque.

The plaque builds up in the arteries and then you die.

LDL (low density lipoprotein) isn’t actually cholesterol. Rather, it’s a transport mechanism for shuttling cholesterol to the places in your body that need sufficient cholesterol levels to be healthy.

The reason cholesterol needs to be transported is because it’s what’s called hydrophobic - on its own it doesn’t mix well with the watery environment in your body. But it’s got to get to your cells intact somehow, right? That’s where lipoprotein comes in.

Though LDL is characterized as “bad”, in truth it’s an essential carrier of cholesterol from the liver through your vascular system to your cells.

Besides LDL, you also have the so-called good cholesterol HDL (high density lipoprotein). HDL cholesterol, too, is a carrier of cholesterol. It’s journey is the reverse of LDL; that is, it carries cholesterol from your vascular system to your liver.

In addition to cholesterol, lipoproteins also carry triglycerides, which are blood fats.

Understanding your body is important. You can see how LDL and HDL are simply exchangers: they shuttle fats, including cholesterol, back and forth in your body. Nothing inherently good or bad about them.

Semantics. LDL is carrying cholesterol.

Nothing I said was debunked in the video you linked.

Eating red meat increases LDL significantly, but not HDL.

This leads to LDL getting embedded into the arterial walls forming arterial plaque.
