take 200 mcg of vitamin mk-7, if you have money, take large doses of mk-4 2-3 times a day

10k iu d3 daily 1mg of k2 mk7 and like every four hours mk4 200mcg and magnesiumbisglycinat 500mg before sleep and 1l of milk during day or D3 is absolut useless
