I've been dieting since July but it wasn't consistent so I'd say September is when I got it all down. I've been eating about or around 1200-1300 a day a bumping it up to 1500 on Saturdays so I could cheat with ice cream. I started at 280 and now I'm 244 with my goal weight being 160-180. Am I stunting any potential growth which I probably don't have if I countinue to eat this low?
