My mom make my food and I’ve had about 2 pound of meat for dinner every day since I in middle school

Is it too much? I have that much beef today with rice

carnivore interesting to me, probably can eat more calories from the protein thermogenesis, feel sharp, low bloat, have body in interesting catabolic state with possible good long effect

but I don't believe in diet restriction beside toxin like soybean oil or pesticide
