ribcage pullover and breathing exercises. for ribcage pullover just search it up

for breathing exercise suck in a bunch of air till your ribcage is full of it and hold it for as long as possible. do this maybe 20 times a day and try to get more seconds when it gets too easy. at one point your rib cage will be so big it can last 3 minutes without breathing

No, whether you look wide or not is relative to your skull height.

Someone with 8 inch skull height need less shoulder width to look wider than someone with 10 inch.
