Yes but accutane doesn't 'shrink' nose by changing cartilage or bone only reduces acne and clogged pores so if that is an issue on your nose it will have a much bigger effect than if that is barely an issue. There are other ways to shrink nose further as well if the 20mg doesnt work.
also 20mg would take months to have an effect to shrink it.

It will not permanently shrink your nose, just while you are at it and when you stop it will go back to normal also 20mg is too little to see results in a short time

if your goal is just shrinking nose than don't go for accutane, try safer stuff like

accutane is good for shrinking nose yes but I don’t really think it’s necessary if you have no akin conditions like acne ,there’s other safer alternatives like hydrocortisone cream so I’d definitely look into that if I were you

Sure, but it'll go mostly back to normal once you stop. If your nose is bad enough, get rhinoplasty as a permanent solution instead
