You prob dont need it, your narrow but not enough to need to waste time with it.
Downgrown face can make it seem more narrow than it really is.

Yeah, main thing is for nasal breathing since I have UARS, but idk if the “cause” is narrow nasal cavity or enlarged turbinates/septum
