i mean i know it's not possible to know but what in general attractive people has as imw ?
Around yours. Wide palate is not necessary to be attractive.
But if youre around like 30 then it becomes a failo because you cant smile (and show subhuman palate)

Wide palate isn’t necessary to have good bones, but yeah it’s above average or at average for males.

Mine is 34 mm confirmed by my dentist and I shoow 8-10 teeth. I think it depends more on how many teeth you show when smiling

Wide enough for what? 44mm should make proper oral posture very convenient. Did you measure that the narrowest point between the frontmost molars?

Henry Cavill and Jordan Barrett seem to have less than 40mm

no but i will soon

most models have narrow imw, around 30-35mm. but they usually have an U shaped palate instead of V.

a high imw will most of the time just push the cheeks out more

IMW means nothing

I think you're right. I increased my IMW from 35mm to 43mm with oral posture. Most of the visual change took place in the cheekbones, sub-orbitals and upper cheeks.

premolar is 33m, just measured it

well it makes the cheeks more bloated as they get physically pushed out more. I dont think its a good idea to expand the palate for aesthetics or oral posture tbh. I have a 33-34mm imw and my tongue fits perfectly on the roof

Not first premolar, but the actual molar. You have two or three sets of these depending on whether or not your wisdom teeth have erupted.

That I do not agree with. The only thing that has been pushed out is my zygomatic bones. This has increased the hollowness of the cheeks.

my palate is asymetric by 2mm to the right side and the second molars on the right are 2 or 3mm more "out" than my left side. guess which side of my face looks leaner
my zygos are the same on both sides.

simon has a really small imw lol. 30mm or less.
I have 33-34 and mine looks much wider than his
but i don't understand how my smile is not good enough even when i have jaw width as 111mm.
i mean models have giant jaw width yet their smile looking a lot wider than mine. i'm showing 12 teeth but looks kinda retarded anyway.

The narrower side because the tilted maxilla has shifted the nasal cartilage with it in a way that results in a nicer appearance on that side. Often the more expanded side may hang lower too.

idk
maybe your mouth doesnt look good or sth

its just the teeth bro
looking from a 3/4s view the ogee curve of both sides, the right side has a worse ogee curve. if I push the skin in on my right side exactly where the second molar is it looks exactly like my left side.

In my experience it's never just the teeth. If there's a cant in the occlusion, it's usually a sign of maxillary cant. Unless you're saying that your teeth are at the same level on both sides, and that only the width of the palate is differing.

Its both

I seem to have this problem as well. Do you think one should push harder on their less expanded side? Or will evenly pushing fix it over time.

Not sure, but currently leaning towards lip suction and intraoral vacuum. The more expanded side is improperly expanded in some sense. Suction should pull the sides into balanced harmony more so than pushing, because pushing in an asymmetric structure will inevitably lead to asymmetry implementation of forces.

That makes perfect sense.

I also speculate that asymmetry in the fascia and muscles likely causes most people to apply forces in the wrong way. Nearly everyone nowadays have some sort of minor scoliosis and fascia restriction somewhere that pulls their skull out of alignment. So this is probably a cause.

Also, I noticed that people who have perfect body alignment such as men's physique competitors have symmetrical faces as well. Because they constantly look work on their muscle imbalances since their placing depends on it.

I took some pictures of myself the other day from the from and back and I noticed that my spine very slightly S-shaped and my shoulders and hips are imbalanced as well, I never ever noticed in the mirror. I will do some yoga or something to try n fix it.

It's kind of a chicken-egg situation: does jaw asymmetry lead to spinal asymmetry or vice versa? Perhaps it works both ways. That S-shape is very typical. Seek to somewhat forcefully twist your torso, arms and hips into all kinds of directions. When you reach hard enough into some direction certain formerly inactive muscles will begin to cramp and spasm as they spring to action. This kind of gentle cramping is beneficial in my experience as long as you stop as soon as they begin to occur lest you damage the muscles.

Study also how your diaphragm serves as a foundation to your posture. When you breathe into the belly, all the way down to the groin, this generates a stable foundation against which it's convenient to do all kinds of movements in order to examine your asymmetric patterns of movement. When the diaphragm is functioning correctly and symmetrically it'll pull the rest of the postural chain into the correct form too.

What matters IMO is the shape - U or V
If you have a V shaped palate, even if you increase it with MSE it still will look subhuman, because you wont show many teeth
