Is $8k for bimax in mexico reasonable?

I have a surgeon in Mexico who will do a three piece lefort + BSSO + genioplasty for $8k american dollars. He's got good reviews on doctoralia (Mexican surgeon website) and seems blackpilled. Only red flag is he doesn't have any results readily available on his page for bimax, although he has a few results for genioplasty.
