I'm questioning the importance of the ratio itself. If a pic is needed does that mean whether or not it is overly compact is subjective and the actual measurement is irrelevant?

Nah my gonial angle is 110 degrees and mandible fairly forward grown

yes but we do not know what is it caused by
is it caused by a wide ipd or is your philtrum short?
if you really want a solution you have to upload a pic

midface ratio is a ratio that dictates harmony. So the question is valid. If a pic is needed that means harmony is subjective

U cant increase midface ratio with bimax. Maybe stretch the philtrum a bit more and u can check it by opening ur mouth and then measuring(the final result will be less than). It does nothing for the nose. I asked alfaro, raffaini, pagnoni, ramieri and arnett about it
