A 700 cal deficit at 15 will tank your IGF-1, thyroid, and HGH right in the middle of your main growth spurt.
You're 5'9 at 15 and you still have potential height gains left if you don't starve yourself.
Just eat at maintenance or a tiny 200 cal deficit, hit your protein, and debloat by fixing your sodium : Potassium ratio and drinking water instead of crash dieting.
Don't sacrifice vertical growth for temporary lean face jfl

u could do a small deficit, like 300. Focus on micronutrients and macronutrients intake. 1.6-2 g of protein per 1 kg of bw is essential, also don't forget the fats ( 0.6-1 g per 1 kg of bw ), and of course eat carbs, essential for keeping glycogen in muscles.
