I'm bloated so I need to but people say it can slow your growth down. Which is obviously terrible because I don't want to be short.

Might be exaggeration.

Should I just drink more water instead

Actually they said they are considering to buy organs but I fear they might cook it well done taking away most of its nutrients.

no way, organs dont even taste good raw and any meat well-done taste like rubber, try to convince them to eat it raw, maybe start with raw milk and ease your way into meat eggs and organs and stuff thats what I did any now my diet is all raw milk, eggs, organs, meat and occasionally some fruit which I grow myself

yea it increases that, also heres everything else you should do in puberty
1+ hour of midday sun (if you can)
8+ hours of sleep
dont exercise (no gym) just do walking, maybe a little bit of sprinting
stress less (realize that nothing really matters and stop gaf)
drink lots of raw milk (obvisouly organs too but if you can get raw milk then get it, its any easy way to get lots of nutrients)
and just do whatever you really want to do, stop restricting yourself from doing anything aslong as its natural

also how many months til u turn 15

@jeremyy also increase your body fat (no im not joking) to about 15-20 unless your already there for ideal hormone production for growth and test and what not
also dont drink any water really
just drink blood and raw milk water dehydrates you

alright also follow as much on this list as you can i know some of the stuff you probably wont be able to do

nah lol you could kill a squirrel but i personally dont
go to any butchers/slaughterhouses near you and ask for the animal blood + organs preferrably from wild animals not cattle or anything
