Things that could go wrong:

• FUE scars
• Transplanted hairs falling out /not growing properly.

Its not a scam you just have to take Finesteride. If you are beyond nw4 you will not have enough hair to have great density. Lets say you are nw3 take finesteride become a thick nw3 then get a hair transplant you will have a great result.

Hair transplants will always fail without finasteride and they wont look that good when you lost most of your hair already.
