Now they say it's closer to 90/10

If irl (not PSL) Chads are 5%, and chadlites are the next 10%, is it fair to say a high tier normie is top 15-20%?

Yup I would say high tier normie is a broad thing between 85th and 70th

Top 15-30% of men should be able to find girls of a certain niche who find them attractive.

Imo high tier normie can be below 6 ft, wheras Chad or Chadelite cannot. I would argue tbh that a high tier normie is a term primarily used when two incels are arguing about a man's looks, one of them finally recognizes that the guy being rated is a Chadlite but doesn't want to admit it, so he puts "high-tier" before normie to signify that without losing face lol

yes most often HTN are part of the top 20% most white 6ft1+ that you always see IRL with a girl. They won't do as good on tinder and online.
