When I look in the mirror, it looks narrow.
My shoulder circumference is 47 inch with 40 inch chest and 31 inch waist.

Most people think I'm a DYEL as I'm 69kg at 5'10

No it's average
you look small because you don't have muscles not because of your shoulder width

My friends didn't know I lifted until I flexed and showed my abs. So being lean is overrated imo

Honeslty shoulder to waist is more important than absolute size starting above 18.5 bideltoid in my opinion
Who looks better:
21 bideltoid but 38 inch waist
Or mogger 19 at 29 inch waist

18.5-19 is the avg for grown men so it’s nothing special

What's the standard deviation. How many more inches to add for it to be "wide" and statistically significant.

being lean is overall better because your face looks better with lower bf

dk about sd but >21 inches you will be considered wide by everyone at 5'10

How many more kg in bodyweight you estimate I need to add to get to 21? As I said before I'm 19 inch and 69kg. When I reach about 80kg you reckon?

Ones bigger in absolute size but proportions mog size

Obviously if you can maintain good ratios at a bigger bideltoid that’s even better

But 20+ bideltoid with a narrow waist is rare

Agree. Irl though 21 with 38 inch would look bigger than 19 with 29. At same time on pics 2nd would look much much larger

You can look it up, you’d probably have to put on 40-60 pounds of lean muscle

Which is very unlikely if for anyone even the best genetics

And unless you are still benefitting from newbie gains it’s basically impossible unless u have some freak muscle genetics

But putting on .5 inches on each shoulder could be possible in a couple years if you have good genetics

A 38 inch waist is huge. Nobody cares about your shoulder width at that point because you're shaped like a pear.

I’m prety sure the average American waist for a man is 37 inches you can look it up

Most teens though and fit people are probably 32-34 or under

I’m 20 inch and don’t feel small so you shouldn’t feel small

Each one?

I saw this stated by a bodybuilding expert (can’t remember who) that your pumped shoulder width is your natural potential you could put on your bideltoid

fatass

yeah skinny people are at 27-32 and fit people 30-34
Yup I think 29 is the lowest most should go if possible if above 5’8-5’9

<29 and it starts looking weird and skinny, and Unmasculine

yeah, round it down to 1 inch

sounds too low
For the vast majority

Of course those with good muscle building genetics can build more naturally

this what I got in 6 months, my BIDELOTID was sub 18 I think and waist like 28. But I'm obviously bloated around the waist now at 31 but if I go on a short cut can bring it to under 30. I want to aim for 20 inch shoulders 30 inch waist at a weight of about 75kg. Hopefully by end of next year.

I'm 21.3 inches in bidetoild and I have non-existent hips, I'm in leanmaxxing for the sole purpose of that apart from the chiseled face, obviously

For good muscle genetics that’s too high naturally
Maybe with steroids+ Good genetics
But natural with good genetics like 1 inch per side

I agree, i think arm size average is 19 inches here?
JFL are outdated, those are measurements from 2008 in Asian users and curries, currently it is 21 inches
