Is a natural gym body a halo even if you're 2-3 inches shorter than average height

I sometimes see buff manlets looking like aggressive leprechauns. But a lot of the time, they are not just manlets, but turbomanlets (equal or shorter than female average height). For them, gym is a looksmin and makes them look tryhard. Brutal tbh.

I do not mean a gigaroided male gaze physique, I'm talking about an e-boy athletic physique with decent muscle and low fat that appeals to females.
