is a simulation possible with only genio?

I have a middle ground between a first and a second skeletal class while at the dental level I have a first class compensated with a bit of a covered bite ... I don't have sleep apnea, is there any surgery expert who knows if this simulation is possible with genio only? I also hope I don't regret choosing genius instead of bimax

you need 5% minoxdil aswell if you started late

genio if you want to compensate and hide it

bimax if you want a good result

You chin projection isn't the issue, its your short mandible. You will likely need bimax with CCWr, camouflaging the issue with a genio will not yield great results.

it's not an easy choice because it's demanding .. a year of braces then the difficult post while genio is immediate and easy I'm very undecided

If you have any signs of sleep apnea get the bimax, if you are fine with a quick 7/10 result get the genio
