Is a wide jaw purely genetical, or does it get wider as puberty progresses? and if it does is there any way to promote its growth

Genetic and yes, but grows during puberty from diet and lifestyle

Both, Having a wide jaw depends on genetics, but ur jaw will also get wider during puberty. If u were very narrow before, then u wont magically become ian sommerhalder

Im a vegeterian who doesnt eat meat fish or eggs, could you give me advice on diet and lifestyle?

Every micronutrient has its own purpose, u need them all.

I would recommen u to start eating animal foods. Vegetarian is not ideal, especially if u dont even eat things such as eggs

just pls eat meat and dairy

Thank you, I will start focusing on micronutrients now I could consider eggs in the future not right now though, it is a big family tradition to be vegeterian and I cannot break it

Yes I am actually very skinny, my dad was 5'6-7 mom 5'4 and i am 6 ft. i eat ALOT of dairy its my fav I cant eat meat tho im sorry

Thank you, I will start focusing on micronutrients now I could consider eggs in the future not right now though, it is a big family tradition to be vegeterian and I cannot break it
just eat meat behind their backs. and if they'll let you eat eggs load up on them everyday.

yeah you can promote it, sure. but its not that simple like "muh chewing = pitt masseters". you need your jaw to harmonize well with your face, not just have a wide chipmunk jaw.

Well its mostly genetics yes but puberty will help aswell+your diet

mostly genetic but environmental factors (e.g healthy lifestyle and hard chewing) have some effect
 
Genetics that's why Indian and Asians have recessed narrow jaw skull at 99%
 
More about diet during development. Recession isnt a genetic trait. genetics can only make you more or less prone to recession.
I think my diet is good and filled with micronutrients even without meat and eggs, I eat healthy almost everyday drink like 4 glasses of milk a day and eat alottt of dairy, cottage cheese ghee and alot of fruits and nutrient filled veggies. yes I do get that i probs wouldnt reach my max potential without meat and eggs but im pretty happy with where I am rn

Its more about how you eat. The proper chewing and tearing mechanics our jaws need to develop are typically done while eating meat. This us why recession is so common nowadays, we eat with utensils. However jaw width is mostly about chewing hard foods, so any hard vegetable would probably do the trick.
But this is stuff that needs to happen from the ages of 2-10 years old, when your bones are still very malleable.
