Is an alarplasty sufficient for improving my nose? Or do I need some overall size and projection reduction as well?

Had rhino already primarily for breathing issues, and don’t want a revision if I can help it, so was wondering if alarplasty would be enough

No, cause the tip is also bulbous

My skin is extremely thick and I was advised that making it less bulbous would be fairly risky in my case
