PLEASE HELP: do my wisdom teeth need removal?

Hey guys, I definitely don’t want to have my wisdom teeth removed, but the surgeon told me they would all impact eventually. One of them is out already and the torn up part of my gums hurts a little but idrc. Xray is below. Thanks for the help guys!

Why don’t you want to remove them

If you’re recessed you will need them out anyway for surgery
