Is an FFMI of 22 (14% body fat) bad?

My FFMI is 21.8, is this bad? (14% bf, 5 foot 10, mesomorph, waist-to-shoulder ratio is 1.65)
I've been gymcelling for the past 2 years, but I don't want to be bulky like, say Jeff Seid (so please don't suggest roids)
I wonder if I should leanmaxx more to increase appeal

I mean I look mostly good but my stomach has little definition despite being flat
 
You're slightly above average, nothing to really be proud of.

Just recomp, don't go any lower you're already 21-ish BMI which is LOW. Focus on growing bigger muscles for more mass. Do more compound movements.

What BMI should I be at and what body type should I work towards if I don't want a Jeff Seid-like appearance?

Stupid question.

As low body-fat as possible, as high muscle mass as possible.

Don't worry about becoming "Jeff Seid-like", even if you train for 50 years you won't get to half his size, it's all about the steroids.
