I thought that mine is pretty average but lately after another measurement I have noticed that is just 6,6.

I've had foids recoil in disgust at my wrists, I've had strangers start measuring their wrists with their fingers after seeing mine at a bar and laughing and saying how the women there have thicker wrists etc.
Had people grab my wrists and start examining them and snickering, even people i barely know.
This shit all stopped after i started gymmaxxing though. My wrists has grown but even my girlfriend once grabbed my wrists and started comparing to her own and even asked why my arms are so big but my wrists are so thin, like she couldn't process the disparity. (She doesn't understand that i'm a skinny Auschwitzcel that has ascended trough lifting heavy objects) She just thinks i'm a big dude who trains "a little bit" even though i spend countless hours in the gym rofl.
I use a barbell, sit on a bench position each elbow vertically on each one of my legs and extend each forearm along each leg so that my wrists are not on the leg and beyond the knee. Then let your wrists hang while holding the barbell and try to lift using you wrists alone. That's 1 rep. I try to do 12-15 reps per set and 3 sets total around 3 times a week. During the first few weeks this exercise was extremely hard on wrists and couldn't do past a set and a half and they ached a lot, so take it slow.What did you do specifically like exercises sets/reps

They are 6.7 now at the thinnest point but was much thinner when i was 60kg as opposed to 95kg. I'm also 6'2 so got long limbs and my forearms are weird in that they got a concave shape so my wrists are much thicker where they attach to the hand and then taper down to get thinner and thinner and then get thicker again. These guys are thinking no matter how much they lift girls will reject them cos of their wrists, but in reality if you have an impressive physique otherwise then it won't matter that much.
How big are your wrists though? mine are 6.5inches and I've never had anyone comment on them like that

Oh shit you can probably get to 8 inches then. If you don’t mind, what’s your age? I just wanna know if your younger because if your growth plates are open it could play a role2 months along with 15 lbs of weight gain.
What exercises did you do?I got big ass 8.50 inches hands though my wrists are only 7 inches, they were waay smaller when I didn't work out though, tiny and fragile wrists, since I did a lot of forearm workout with heavy weight and low reps they got a lot thicker, maybe the tendons or the bones adapted to the stress, I don't know, I can't even touch my index and thumb finger around if after a full forearm workout

Max it out man. Work hard and as much as you can to milk out as much wrist size as possible. It’s worth it. Nice work btwI'm 19 about to turn 20 in a couple of months. I doubt I have any growth left to be had.
