My theory is that, unless you're part of bald-born lineage, it's mostly about vital energy being too low for multiple reasons.
Many will also be bald because they are wasting their vital energy (unhealthy habits).

Mine is 3 fingers, but hair shedding is crazy high these past months. And I don't know if it is an early sign of balding or because I'm growing out my hair. Dad is NW0 at 62yo , but my grandpa from mom's side is already kinda bald at 67.Any idea to test If I'm going bald or I just shed a lot of hair?
