• Stop caring so much about what other people think of you; if you're always worried you'll look/sound weird, you will sound stilted.
• Be generally pleasant; don't brag, don't show off, don't speak quickly/loudly.
• Steer away from politics, religion, and other sensitive subjects, unless you feel the mood allows it.
• Look the other person in the eyes, assume a relaxed body position. If you look relaxed, the other person will relax too.

There's no real shortcut though, just put yourself out there.
And don't assume women will be into you just because they have fun talking to you.
