Whatever gets you moving. I think if every NEET on the forum who isn't working out to avoid having to leave the house or embarrassing themselves in the gym, would do even a few youtube pilates workouts a day, it could already improve them by so much

If you could choose one calisthenics or gym. Is calisthenics cope in the end
Yeah tbh calisthenics is just cope, you will make progress way faster by just going to the gym
