Is ascending as a musicfag possible?

Im musically talented with a year of experience in music production.

Could i ascend by making fringe music. Could I appeal to alternative hoes by being original?? I believe I have creative capacity for something like that.
Im also scared i would be wildly made fun of for being creative and not making music tailored to NPCs.

Also im 16 and music is my only passion.
Wouldnt like to work for another 50years for me not to be able to afford to live in a house lol.

Btw im about 6 in face but 5 foot 7
