There's a pretty scathing review floating around where he did jaw surgery on some girl who only wanted nose surgery, and she looks worse. She says that he makes people hold their mouths open in before pictures.

Exactly, that's why the gonions should be 90-95% of the zygo width, at most the same width (which helps with hallow cheeks) but more than that looks goofy
