i heard the pay is p good but it does take time to rank up and become a captain. if your interested and see it as a job that you can handle and wont crash out or have a cortisol spike. i believe that they cant even stress out or give heavy schedules to the pilots or else it will cause safety issues.

Yes its worth it, im gonna do it, but for now i only fly light aircraft
