most of my proportions are only so-so, I just have shoulders going for me.

most people have a few muscle groups that respond well to training, and others that don't, my arms don't grow that well for example, especially the triceps are a pain for me.

You will not get this from sarms. A lot of zoomer gym rats nowadays are on sarms and still look nothing like this.
