my mom is 5'7 my father 6'' and I am 5'8 at 21yo. Honestly I feel pessimistic having a 5'8 gf ANYWAYS because my mom is of that height, to ascend in height I would say 5'8 F is the bare minimum but to really ascend you need a taller female, 5'10

my cousins' parents are the same height as mine and he's 6'2 at 15yo.

I am their biological son no doubt so its weird, maybe indeed food and exercise and sleep make a big impact, in some years I only ate 6 times a week and other years I would eat a lot of calories with no nutrients. whenever I trained it was obsessive and extremely heavy and I kept skipping lots of meals but to be honest I don't think it would make a 5 inches difference

to answer to OP: I'm 172cm in the italian region that has the lowest average height (Sardinia) and I still feel like I'm just barely acceptable. A few girls at the gym heightmog me. Below 175 or 180 it's 100% OVER in most places in western europe
