i’m considering just eating whatever ngl i’m tired of this dieting shit

i know i won’t ever get fat my metabolism is excellently fast. but i do get bloat on my face which makes it round and my smile lines are more visible ETC. my face is really lean right now but i just wanna eat and be happy, maintaining it is WORK. so is bloat even a big deal in someone’s looks?
