Is bimax cope if occlusion is perfectly fine?

Had upper jaw surgery few years back to correct underbite BUT it was medically necessary and covered by insurance. Thing is i noticed after my lower jaw still looks overprotected despite the surgery. I spoke to a few surgeons overseas and they said im a bimax candidate and would stand to improve from it. The movements wouldn’t be drastic moreso rotation of both jaws in order to improve me aceshtically and very slight mandible setback and maxilla advancement as well. Is this worth going through? Or is it overboard? I have the funds for a bimax and implants but feel a little insane for wanting to go through the process all over again.

I’ve been through the process before. Idk it seems like there is some gain from it for sure just don’t know if it’s worth going through. Always didn’t like how forward my chin is.

yeah i have a skeletal overjet+ deep bite too and was recommended this even before i knew about looksmaxxing
Doing it with a good bite for some recession is retarded.
But then again ive seen some niggas who done it for aesthetics and said the recovery was not that hard so i guess it's different for everyone too.
Mine will be without genio most likely, and i have higher pain tolerance cuz of chronic pains all my life so i hope i tolerate it better.

dude i’ve had a septorhinoplasty, gyno removal, appendicitis, had my kidney stones removed, been in a car crash at 13

none of this compares to a bimax even by 1%. i am in hell rn in a hospital in istanbul

have slept 4 hours in the past 2 days

went from a mogger physique to a holocaust physique, barely ate or drank anything

there’s mucus/ intubation lumps from swelling that hasn’t cleared

my jaw is super swollen & it feels extremely uncomfortable

the worst thing is the throat mucus

imagine having a lump in ur throat & no matter how much you swallow it doesn’t go away

& i legit can’t sleep even after getting xans

the only pros so far are that my nasolabial folds are gone, my midface looks full & youthful, my undereye hollowing is gone, my assymetry improved, my scleral show is gone, my recessed chin is gone, & my nose didn’t widen

& i still look back & think it was a mistake because of recovery
