Talk to a surgeon tell him what u want to achieve , your maxilla is reccesed , lacks forward growth , . Your facial depth isn’t bad it’s decent , you just lack forward maxillary growth therefore making your side profile look flat . Talk to a surgeon a good one tell him what you want

Not really, ur a little flat but get bimax flat.

Mostly the optical effect is from prominent checkbones.

So bimax is no1 youd say because i wanna Like Ascend as much as i can Till the Point where it doesnt get uncanny but i dont miss anything Like fomo yfm

How many teeth do you show when you smile depending on this , go tho an orthodontist to an arway orthodontist that knows to do both , they won’t give you bimax for this . You need to pay for it since you want it cosmetically but you could get Marpe or sarpe then surgery , it could be a combination of more surgeryes made into one . But facial surgeries ar brutal as for eye area softmax the brows and eyelashes and maybe orbital decompression and maybe canthoplasty for negative ct and if you want to go over the top you can get titanium implants . Then ultimately at the end lip filler if they don’t get bigger , Botox for x , y areea and again over the top rhinoplasty but I wouldn’t see why nose is ok
