Depends on your dosage, id just do blood sugar if its low. You can do blood sugar tests with just a prick on your finger.
i was thinking 3iu for 3-4 weeks then 6 iu for a month and a half then maybe back down to 4? i have 36x10 and dont want to take too much but trying to figure out the best dosage cycle for myself
