so end of last year I use to do a lot of bone smashing and I thought it worked but it was probably because I was a lot lighter and leaner. Since then I’ve added about 3kg of muscles and 1-2kg of fat (a bit of a dirty bulk) so I was wondering if I was just lean enough and possibly placeboed my self into believing it worked or does it actually
 
doesn't make your bones different just swells those areas so it looks "bigger"

What backs up ur claim since I’m reading and being told otherwise
its temporary you cant grow your bones by bashing them with a hammer it looks bigger because of the swelling you get from hitting your face with a hammer
