yes it's very much cope and has no scientific evidence behind it, you could potentially get permenant cartilage by continously hiting your face for months on end but you're going to massively damage your skins collagen and damage nerves so it's completely useless
 
yes its not working and dangerous
it does work, its been a proven fact for a loooooong time. Is it safe and effective? And will it give you your desired results? Thats another question

Does it work in the slightest tho? Make the bone look bigger for a couple of hours or minutes

Probably if you do it correct and hard enough, but your risking cte, fillers, implants and reconstructive surgeries have a lot better roi
