i want to grow my zygos but i havnt picked up the hammer yet bc i see so many studies saying bones grow back uneven and it destroys nerve cells, i know i sound like such a grey rn but pls just let me know about this

while the fact that it grows more bone is cope it will still give the appearance of bigger zygos since it's gonna give you a pump and will get swollen, imo just save up for filler or implants

so its kinda like a gym pump, not permament but makes it look more projected?
