i'm at the end of my bulk n trying to ascend back to the face i had when i was leaner (18-20% bf)
obviously losing weight is the main factor, but what can i do NOW to look slightly better
barely turned 16, i'm 5'7 200 pounds, 24-25% bf, nerfed my face but i can safely say i'm 2.3-2.5x bigger in lean mass and over-all size than the average teen

cutting to the chase is zygo bonesmashing cope or does it make you look better to some extent (idgaf if its frauding)
and opinions on neck curls n chin tucks cuz i struggle with bloating and hence the higher bf percentage my side profile is bad, hyoid is anything but tight n jawline's barely visible, but i fraud when sitting cuz i can keep my head leaned forward which masks it
my front profile's hmtn, or at least appealing, great features n harmony with an eye area that carries me, but i just lack bonemass n i'm puffy compared to when i was on the cut, i was proud of that look back then

those 3 are just the first that come to mind but any other tips that help are appreciated brahs

neck curls mog for neck width and posture chin tucking is retarded
bonesmashing according to wolfs law and mma fighter evidence shows some results long term for bone growth but really isnt proven although i do it as its worth imo
bs does also give swelling around the zygos by hitting soft tissue so that can be used to fraud ur zygos
remember to brace ur head so no brain damage and also hit hard enough to create micro fractures
dont listen to these gatekeepers imo bs is legit even if it only works for frauding

bonesmashing with the use of androgens or tren e is the way to go
 
bonesmashing is pure cope may it be in the long or short term. All you are doing is ruining your bones and causing shocks and traumas all over your face which is very bad for your cranial structure and furthermore can cause large problems for your health. NEVER do bonesmash its bad for you. Also even if bonesmashing would work with that much of a bf/% you have it wouldn't change anything. For now lower that %

Neck curls aren't cope just like chin tucks so do these

yes twin that's what i was thinking so far as well, n for the rest yes i'm aware i'm a fat fuck gymcel but i'm currently leanmaxxing and will ascend ❤️‍🩹
 
Custom implants make more sense than bone smashing.
 
yea bonesmashing isnt permanant, but it will give you the appearance of larger cheekbones due to the inflamation

update i dropped from 92.7 kilo to 85.9 in 3 weeks
4 kilo of water weight / glycogen, 2-3 kilo fat
0 cardio purely diet and 5k steps a day
 
bonesmashing is only temporary
It's not temporary if you actually hit hard, use a hammer, and use hgh or mk677. I made my entire jaws grow.
