Today I wanna clear something up that is very popular: Bonesmashing.

Does Bonesmashing really work? Or is it cope?

The main argument bonesmashers bring is that it works because of Wolff’s Law. Wolff’s Law is the theory that when a bone is put under stress—for example through sports—it becomes thicker, more durable, and overall stronger.

And yes, this is true, but not how you would think. If you do a sport like basketball, you do a lot of jumping movements. These jumping movements cause microfractures throughout your bones. These microfractures then heal through mineralization. The healed bone now has more minerals than before (calcium), which makes it stronger.

Now, does this correlate to Bonesmashing? Holy fucking no 🤣. Bonesmashing isn’t mechanical tension, which means that it doesn’t even correspond to Wolff’s Law. And secondly, even with Wolff’s Law, your bone doesn’t grow forward or anything like that—it only gets stronger.

The only thing you can get from Bonesmashing is scar tissue under your skin. This scar tissue is your body’s response to the trauma and stress you’re putting it under. And yeah, that could improve, for example, your zygos, but this scar tissue will mess up your collagen synthesis, which means that it will eventually sag over time.

And no, none of these TikTok copecels can debunk this. If you believe Bonesmashing is real because you’ve seen TikToks of retards doing it, please don’t. If you’re so obsessed with growing your bone, just buy implants or get fillers done by a professional.
