yes just use something hard/heavy to hit with and be precise and methodical, after a while, check for asymmetries and if there is, just smash the weaker side harder for like a week or 2 good luck.

Dont do it, it lowers your iq but if you still want to do it, smash the chin, zygo’s, browridge and infras. Hammer is ideal since its more accurate on targeting places imo. Now mark this as solution

it works cuz it swells so the bone appears larger or wider, if your consistent enough, its worth it
