it will swell your bones temprorarily leading to a short term fuller bone look but I do not know about actually gaining more bone long term probably not but I do it anyway for the swelling

No the James Sapphire story is diffrent, he didnt get “hollow cheeks” or other things from bonesmashing, it was M€th and HGH, his base was chad lite-chad, HGH and M€th gave him hollow cheeks and more bonemass + More test
