The temporary inflammation will be helpful for dates and events. If you consistently bonesmash moderately hard the blood may ossify with this process:

subperiosteal hematoma ossification)

One person got trauma to his bone which made it grow so much so they had to do surgery to remove it. IF you keep the inlfammation for months and keep hitting every few hours you will likely get more bonemass (tho the risk is it may be a bit asymmetrical) still worth it IMO. But wolffs law is mainly cope, you shouldnt hit that hard as youll damage your nerves like I did.

why shouldn't you hit your ramus? My left one is shorter than my right, and am looking to make it symmetrical.
i mean if you want to go ahead, i was bonesmashing my ramus for 1 month straight before and nothing happened, but i dont wanna risk damaging the mandibular nerve there

Why shouldn’t you bonesmash infras, is it also to prevent nerve damage there?

infras are the most dangerous part to bonesmash, and you cant hit hard at all there, only light taps, thats not gonna do anything

I lightly tap my zygos like not that hard and i still get inflammation there, i use my knuckles not a hammer or something like that so that i can get more precise hits and control the force.

knuckles are not gonna do anything brah, and tapping lightly isnt even gonna do anything aswell according to wolff's law AND subperiosteal hematoma ossification, get a hammer

fair point. what are your resources when trying to observe the anatomy of the face? I am curious to learn a little bit more about facial anatomy.

edit: seems like the inferior alveolar nerve is most susceptible damage.

Bonesmashing is just permanent tissue scarring and a temporary swelling

Bonesmashing does not give permanent gains. Don’t hit your face with a hammer like a freak
