Is bonesmashing cope? I have been wondering for a long time I have tried it out but only a few times and not consistently while it does cause swelling I can’t countinue the next day bc of the pain.I think its better to use knuckles than hammer for bonesmashing.BUT can you guys tell me if u have tried it long term?

nah it doesn't work just use peptides or roids or something that is actually proven to work

Ngl while I think pinning isn’t good because peptides are chinese research chemicals im not really sure.Won’t roids turn you into an ogre and what peptides do you even use for bonemass?I see people on roids n peos but r still recessed

Ye I think peptides rather for muscle recovery n gains not for bone mass
Spot on but you wont gain bone density without some sort of mechanical stress. I personally would only do chin and zygos as theyre the easiest and safest

You could start soft to get used to the pain , but soft bonesmashing wont work you need to go hard to actually affect the bones

Have a high calcium high protein and high vitamin d diet with 8hrs of sleep to make sure to recover well

It does cause swelling either way, when I do it swelling actually lasts multiple days
