The possibility of growth itself is demonstrable, not just for the density of bones but also volume.

Arguments against the load required for microfractures can be refuted with a simple thought experiment.

Consider:

IF I can hit someone hard enough to fracture their bone already, THEN I could hit myself (with much less force) to create microscopic fractures
