Looking at spectrums photos they're clearly at different angles/lighting and he dismisses leanness as a factor however we all know you can lose a significant amount of bf in your face in your mid 20s even at the same overall bf%. He's also making a weird clenched smile face in his after photos to accentuate his cheeks, jaw, and hollows. Just like the mewing before and afters on reddit its mostly just angles, lighting, and head/face posture and expression.
