idk, im pretty sure its just bruising and it makes where your bones are look more defined. short term or not it works for me

I had around the same results, it definitely works because it produces microtears it's just it can make ur face worse if u over do it like in the future u can have nerve damage or an asymmetrical jaw, what I do is I punch with my fist and count reps like on each side of my face to avoid asymmetries

yeah thats fair, how often do you do it??
I mean I did it everyday for a week on my zygos and there's definitely development but I also haven't done it in a week too and my progress is still the same so it doesn't go away over time I didn't do it too hurts just till it was red reps depends on individual redness means ur muscles are being worked js like in every other exercise but don't do it hurt cus that's where it starts getting unsafe imo even tho ppl like clav say its a pump

its gonna microtear either way and literally every health news and all that shit don't actually do studies on Bonesmashing they js get complaints and see ppl who r doing it wrong it's js like hitting ur first against ice for a while obviously it'd get strengthened there's no doubt in that, but that are not studies proving Bonesmashing does not work
