Is bonesmashing using my knuckles better than using a hammer?

I use my knuckles more than my hammer and what will give me faster results

You shouldn't use a hammer, any blunt object will work. So long as you put the right amount of force with each, you'll get similar results

Another question is it ok if i can bonesmash at like same time with my knuckles
