is bonesmashing what most people say ?

Sorry for being lazy but I'm not going to cite any studies here about bonesmashing, I just want to really ask if it works. from what I understand it should be something done now and then not everyday. But some say it doesn't work. I can see both sides but I thought since if you maintain swelling it creates a "spur" sort of. that makes it appear bigger. is it true and also if anyone finds studies link so we all might learn. bye

ah sad reality. I meant to say also, are there any other methods that would do the results bonesmashing claims? I'm meaning noncope methods or is it only going to be hormones and surgery?

Pretty much just hormones and surgery and the rest is cope.

studies have shown that it can increase bone density overtime, however bone mass which is what you want isn’t effected by it so no it won’t make your bones grow, if you want good bones aside from genetics factors then diet really helps a lot, eat lots of red meat and dairy

okay I'm already doing raw milk, next step is the meat, I'll start with steak
